I'm behind this week. I've been working evenings so I've been going by myself in the morning Monday and Thursday. Friday we'll go together for weights.

Walking in the sand?! You'll have awesome calves!

Went to the gym for weights last night. It was good. I feel good this morning.

Sunday ahd a great 90 min strength training session . Many spots hurt right now LOL

Today, I tried slipping to the gym after work. I did 25 mins of cardio and was still home before 4 o'clock. So that is very doable especially if supper was in the crockpot.

Just back from a 45 min bike ride, then later I am going to the gym for some UBWO....

calves yes need thighs

it was great to walk there - now I am home and walking the trail - I try to lunge since I heard on the biggest loser finale that lunging is awesome for thighs and hips.

saturday 6 miles on bicycle
sunday 12 miles on bicycle plus a one hour earth day pick up refuse walk

now I am preparing for P90x for 47 minutes

hope to keep exercising - not making much of a dent in weight or inches

ahhh finally a good run!! I did 8miles today and while I wore my garmin to record the time and distance, I did NOT look at it. I think I needed to get over my pace and just run to run again. NOt sure why things have gone so crappy but I'm really hoping I made a break through.

We did go and do weights last night. I went and did cardio after work again today. I'm liking that.

You're doing really well SusanB. Glad your DH is on board too - helps to have support at home.

true true, my dh seems to have forgotten where the gym is :( but yet he has no problem remembering where the Fritos are

DH and I have never exercised together except for walking and we do that sporadically... He tried the gym, didn't like it, but we went separately...

Yesterday:

7k run/jog/walk ... It was hot here and I don't do well in the heat when it comes to running... I then went to the gym for 30 minutes to do some back and biceps...

Today the plan is to bike weather permitting and Yoga :yoga: ... It'll be nice to stay home tonight rather than going to the gym...

I ran 2 miles on monday, I ran 2.5 miles last night and I'll try running another today at lunch!
