I haven't been here for ages, so thought I'd drop by.
I've been trying to lose about 6 kg for the past year or so. My weight keeps fluctuating, as I go through periods of intensive exercise then nothing for months and months! I'm not huge, but I am intrinsically small-boned, so extra weight looks very very bad on me. I'm also genetically pre-determined to have huge breasts and an hourglass shape, which is a problem if you're 5'4"!
I've never hit my target weight, but due to recent diet and exercise (in the last three weeks) I'm halfway there. I'm scared that when I stop seeing changes, or become too muscular, I'll stop again!
I've cut down on my calorie intake dramatically, but still eat what I want, just less. I really don't want another summer when I feel fat and frumpy, and can't wear nice clothes!
