I joined because I can't seem to make any progress so I am hopeful that I will get inspired and will find out something that will work. I am trying for 20 pounds to start off with to lose.
Hey there! I've been lucking for a while...I am kinda in the 20 somethings thread, but I think i would relate better to you guys! (also so many of you guys are such huge inspiration to me anyway!)
I think its good to nip it in the bid! Better than getting to 200 pounds and then realising all your eating habits are terrible!
