As Susan said, join us in the weekly chat.....or in the January club thread. You'll get some good pointers here and there. But basically quite a few of us are "up" from the holidays and we're trying to figure out how to get back on track and stay there ourselves.
Cheating....you only cheat yourself if you cheat. It doesn't mean that I don't do it, but since I'm a calorie counter at heart, I can usually find a way to fit in a cheat food here and there. Going way overboard just isn't part of my lifestyle any longer. A big meal or a dessert now and then can be worked in.
