Ick, I had to change my ticker to 150 :fr: .... I'm in for 5 lbs to START, but I'll be glad to get to 140 lbs...

I may stick with Friday (my usual) as I am in the habit of being a little more relaxed with eating on weekends. I kind of have to be flexible because weekends often bring unexpected or off routine food for me. I can report my Friday weight on Sun or Mon though... no prob!

I think I'm a couple of days late, but I want to play! I weighed in at 131 this a.m. so I'll start there. 131-5=126, boy that would be great!

forgot to post my starting weight but its 153.5-so my goal is 148.

I also posted in the other thread, but, heck, I'll update while I'm at it:

Start: 141.5
Current, as of this am: 138

I imagine this will bounce up a bit. I tend to be a "bouncer," and this is a low.

As I've posted elsewhere, I'm no longer all that interested in losing more weight. I don't have much fat to lose (measured yesterday at 14.25% BF) and I don't want to lose muscle. But, I'm happy to become the pace car, or just cheer y'all on from the sidelines!
