I just noticed another thread in another forum about racing to the next goal and thought that sounded like a great idea. Maybe just what I need to get me back on track full force. Anyone want to jump in with me a have a bit of a race to the next 5 lbs down or the final 10 or something? Something has to get my butt back in gear.
I'm in the Loozing Floozies race to be the first to lose 5 pounds. As soon as I joined it, I gained a pound. Yikes!!!
So how many pounds are we looking for in this race? You don't have far to go to get back to goal. But I TOTALLY understand the need for the kick in the butt!!
I'll totally race for the next 5 pounds Give me a starting date and I'll keep ya posted. I DEFINITELY need something to get me motivated. Maybe working toward a smaller goal will help.

Pick a date (how about Sunday) and a weight (5 pounds sounds good) and everyone posts what their Sunday (beginning) weight is and then the first person to lose 5 pounds from there is the winner!
