I'm fairly new to 3FC...this is my first week. I'm weighing in on Monday and excited to see how my first week went. I think I ate fairly well this week, resisting most major temptations. Somebody in the 20 somethings section recommened I check out this area since I have a relatively small goal I guess.
I was also wondering, do you guys have a thread where you post what you ate etc during the day? I know that it really helps me if I have to be accountable to a group of people...plus I love the support when I did well.
I don't think there's a daily planning thread for just food as such but no reason why you can't start one. As Dagmar said there is a general daily thread which is really quite active.

Dagmar, you don't know what fitday is? Well let me tell ya ... It's nothing spectacular except it's a really great too to keep track of your calories and exercise, plus it's freeeeee....
Nic: I like your idea of having to be accountable for the food you ate to a group. I use fitday, but since I am the only one who sees it, I'm still not accountable (except to myself...which isn't enough!). I'd use the thread if someone would start it.
