The ONE reason I'm staying on plan today!- April
New month, new thread, doncha think!!
SOP today because I've been fairly good but the scale hasn't moved, so now I have to be extremely good to make the scale move :broc: |
I'm SOP because I've finally lost that one pound I gained during this journey. I feel great that it finally left me!

Staying OP because the scale is on it's way downward and I want to continue to see those numbers drop!!!

I was doing so well, but then I went to a divine breakfast buffet and my calories at the end of the day were around 2300!!!!! So, it was quite a blow out, and I need to be diligent today and the rest of the week... I have 5 weeks till goal, and I plan to make it!

I'm staying on plan today because I have become too lax and making too many exceptions. And because yesterday I ate everything in my house. I haven't had a perfect day in quite a while--today will be the day.

I am staying on plan today because...well...why not? I am happy on plan so why go off?
And I feel like I am off my 140 mental barricade and need to ride this rollercoaster DOWN for awhile before it gets tough again. |

Because I was off plan (at least in terms of food--did great in terms of exercise) all last week while I was on vacation and it's time to get back on track.

I will SOP today because I consider today to be the first official day of my trying to reach my weight loss goal, and I don't want to go off-plan on my first day.

I'm SOP not because my clothes are looser or that I'm starting to see changes, but because I wake up in the morning and don't feel tired and flabby. YEAH!

I stayed totally on-plan yesterday, causing there to be a difference on the scale. I'd like to repeat that.

SOP here because, although I have the munchies, there is nothing unhealthy in the house to eat!!!! I took the dog for a lovely long walk after dinner, and the most sensible thing now would be to go to bed! Good night all! |
Well it's a beautiful morning here! SOP because there's no reason not to! Plenty of healthy food in the house, and I'll who I can drag out to walk the dog with me (dog has not been very energetic recently - keeping an eye on her). Have a great day, all.

I'm staying op because my weigh-in day is two days away! Also, I am keeping my eye on learning to maintain (even if that is 30 pounds from now :-P)

SOP today because I've made a terrible start to April so far and unless I start stringing some good days together the month'll be gone and I'll still be bouncing around within the 149 pound.

Umm... I threw all good sense to the wind during my spring break last week and just assessed the damage -- a 2.25 GAIN. So, to hold myself accountable to myself (lying to myself is the biggest lie of all), here I go to move my blasted ticker up.
So, today I'm OP because I have 4 weeks left till my mini beach goal, and I'm determined to make it. I wish had I kept that in mind last week...ugh. |

Breakfast: granola cereal + milk, 2 cups coffee (necessary) :coffee: Lunch: Salad with walnuts and feta cheese (no cal drink) Snack: probably fruit or handful of nuts Dinner: SMall portion of whole wheat spaghetti (skip the garlic bread) and a salad!:dancer: |
Staying OP today because I had a little water weight gain since yesterday and I want to see it gone!! by tomorrow!
