I know what you mean about being hesitant about posting. I very nearly didn't, then I did and now I appear to have postitis or something. The support is really useful and does keep you going.
I've struggled with sugar cravings today. Came on here, promised I wouldn't mess up, then felt bound by that promise and am now toddling off to bed with no sugar but 50 mins exercise under my belt.
By the way - you absolutely CAN do it. I've always doubted whether I can do it and as I doubted myself that was pretty much the end of it because nobody else was going to do it for me. Now I firmly believe that not only can I do it but I
will do it, no question. It's taken over 2 months to lose 8lbs but so what? The time passes anyway, I'm just 8 lbs lighter than I would have been had I not bothered. If I make goal by Christmas I'll be happy.
Seem to have postitis again but the last thing I'd say is that at times you don't think you can keep going lurk and read in the 100lbs club. Those guys are awesome (see I'm also picking up the lingo

) and I always come away admiring their determination and thinking that I'm gonna have some of that.
