I am staying on plan today because the weather in warmimg up here in the southwest and you know what that means....tank tops, shorts and no jackets to cover up with!!

Because my calories were pretty good yesterday and I know I can do the same today. My weight is starting to get back to "ticker weight" and I need to get there!

Because hubby got a health screening at work yesterday and found out that one of his cholesterol numbers was borderline high. If his number is high, I shudder to think what mine might be. (He eats way healthier than I do. Correction - than I USED TO!)
