Can I please join and introduce myself?
This is a great thread!
Actually, I'm 117 lb now, and I was 108 lbs during the summer. It seems really light, but really, I'm only 157cm tall, and I have a small frame. I dno't think I look "fat", but I just struggle constantly with the last few pounds. I have a gazelle elliptical that I work out with, and I don't have a diet plan to follow. How is everybody else getting to their goals? |
Hi Missy :wel3fc:... My goals for this year is to do a try-a-tri, the same one I backed out of last year...Join us on our weekly thread for some good discussions...

Hello and Welcome. My dad just gave me his Gazelle. Haven't tried it out, only played with it for a sec when he brought it over. Does it work? Just doesn't seem like your doing much on it .....Thanks chris

Thanks, everybody!
Chris, the gazelle is AWESOME. Briefly, I was severely clinically depressed and that was when I was 135 lbs. Then with the help of antidepressants (HAIL WELLBUTRIN), and motivation, I lost 11 lbs in 3 weeks using my gazelle 45 minutes, 4 or 5 times a week! That's a record for me! Because I've lost SO MUCH WEIGHT SO D*MNED MANY TIMES (still bitter) , my metabolism was pretty messed up. So for me to lose that much, and knowing that I'm not very heavy, I think the gazelle is fantastic. Honestly, I don't think it's much of a workout, but I do sweat when I stay on long enough. I also vary my intensity. I got through seasons 1-5 of sex and the city on the gazelle, hehe. I used it much longer than 3 weeks though. Hope this helps! Ta taaaa and see you all in the forum! *prances away* |
