I've discovered that losing weight is not rocket science... Eat less + move more = loss of weight ... Go figure... I count calories also I go to fitday.com (it's free), I try to eat as clean as possible, meaning that I don't eat process and eat whole foods ... I eat lots of fish and veggies, cottage cheese and fruit... Except to day I had about 10 fries

I exercise regularly, my exercise of choice is biking and swimming in the summer time, running and weight training year round...
