Hello Fello Fat Smashers!!! The season is finally upon us and I am sure feeling the time and financial crush. It just doesn't seem to be enough hours ain the day to get everything done.

Haven't been doing to well with my eating. I don't even no how long I have been off the "wagon". But I am still aware of what I eat during the day and try to detox at least one or twice a week.

But I am not sweating it though because I am enjoying myself this Holiday season. Of course on January 1st, will start over strong (along with half of america...LOL)

Just had a birthday. I hit the big 3-0!!! One thing I loved hearing was people saying that I don't look it. And when I lose the weight, It will only be better.

Going to get my tree today. Will fit in a workout tonight just to shake the body up.

Have a great day Smashers!!!

Hello Everyone, Hope all is well.
I'm having a difficult time today.......headache,chill and blahs. This only day 2 of detox. Did anyone have a similiar reaction? I've been trying not to eat the 4lbs of FUDGE!!!!!! Why do I torture myself ??? Also, I HATE to exercise and I honestly want to quit half the time. I'm so negative when I'm feeling ill. Gotta go.

SHERRY...I had a friend that lived in Pikeville..are you close to there? It was cold as whiz. Kids love to be outside no matter what. I have a son, also...he's 2 1/2 and gorgeous!! Love of my life!

NELLE ....Happy Birthday! Christmas is a rough time of year to diet and you've lost a pretty good amount. Stay strong!

LINDA...How long have you been following the fat smash plan? You've lost a tremendous amount of weight. WOW!

Hi Mary, I reached my get real goal weight , and i wanted to go below it and
was having trouble doing so. I saw fat smashers and decided to give it a try.
I lost 9 1/2 lbs the first time i detoxed. The second time i lost 10.5 lbs. Then
after I go off detox, I go crazy for some reason. I gained 5lbs in two weeks.
go figure. lol But iam determined to get it together. I dont know if it is the
season or what. Iam going to get it together. I have lost and invested
and worked so hard to be where iam today.
This plan is a great plan. the detox realy works. Well i hope you had a good
day and hope to see you later.

Hi everyone. Yesterday didn't go so well. I had fast food. But I'm back on today. My hubby bought me an elliptical so I could use it whenever I wanted instead of having to work around the daycare's limited hours at the gym. I think he likes the skinnier me...

I have so much going on I am worried about staying on plan the next few weeks. I really want to lose at least 5 more lbs before we go on vacation over New's Years weekend.

Happy Birthday Nelle!

ATSBeautiful: I had withdrawals during detox. My answer was to snack on fruits and vegetables constantly. You can do it!

Hi to everyone else!

Default Hi Sherry & everyone...

I have made it back home to KY...thank goodness. I am starting detox tomorrow and getting myself back on track. No weighing for me this week. I have a feeling detox will put me right back to the 148 I was when I left. I am going to get back to my cardio ASAP as well. I hope everyone has a great week. Lem

Hi Everyone! We just wanted to let you know that we are still smashing. We started August 30th and this diet has really worked for us. We didn't cheat until just recently when we went on vacation over Thanksgiving. But even then we were very strict about how many bad things we ate. This diet seems to get easier & easier for us as time passes. We are supposed to be in phase 4 but we plan to stay in phase 3 until we reach our goals. Phase 4 will be all about maintaining.

Don't get discouraged over the holidays. They will soon be over. Good luck to all of you!!
