Default Things I've learned on FS

I am lactose intolerant.

Two cups of milk plus 12 oz of yogurt = SO MUCH PAIN.

OMG that is HORRIBLE.. lol.. sorry I cant help but laugh just a little.. My husband is Lactose intolerant and OH MAN when he digest even A tiny amount of milk or milk product he is in an EXTREME AMOUNT OF PAIN. lol.. how awful..

Have you tried Lactaid lactose-free milk? I use it and like it.
