Hi everyone! I'm new to this site. Have finished with Phase 1 and agree with you all with the first 3 days being the hardest! I was glad when that headache went away.
I'm in phase 2 now. Almost been a week on Phase 2, and I've gained 2 pounds back! Should I go back to Phase 1 for the 9 days or just until I lose those 2 lbs? Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated! |
