isn't imitation crab made from soy with crab flavor added to it? I always thought it was.

And we're allowed yogurt, so I don't see why we can't have frozen yogurt as long as it dosn't have any more fat/sugar than regular.

Phase III allows a half cup of low fat ice cream, but besides that regular plain yogurt is all we are allowed.

I read somewhere once that you can make your plain yogurt and puree some berries or something sweet. Then freeze it and it is suppose to satisfy the ice cream feeling.

The book is slightly unclear so i could be totally wrong!!!

I've heard of others freezing their yogurt. Sounds like you have to let it sit a bit when you take it out of the freezer because it gets rock hard. Otherwise, I'd wait until Phase III to buy any kind of store bought frozen stuff.

The imitation crab meat I see at the grocery is actually a different type of fish w/ flavoring added. I would be careful with it and see what the ingredients said. You don't want to start putting lots of artificial stuff in your body either. I would say no on the nonfat frozen yogurt because it all has sweetener or some type of sugar added. I have never seen frozen unflavored yogurt which is what you are allowed to have. Just make your own w/ fruit and unflavored yogurt and try freezing it yourself. I make mine in the blender w/ frozen fruit so it is really cold and kind of the consistency of a milkshake. Have a good week!
