Im so hungry and iv been eating all day..... i just had some yogurt and now i want to eat again.... any suggestions ? can i eat too many fruits and veggies? im also trying to watch my portion control..

You should eat two cups of cooked brown rice, and you'll stay stuffed. Don't eat it all at once, spread it out between your meals and snacks.
