Talking Hello All!!!

So yesterday I saw this diet on Tyra and I decided to give it a go! I went this morning and bought the book and from the list did some grocery shopping. I think that I can do this! I have tried other things before (ww and sb) but i am hoping this this will be different!

I look foward to getting to know all of you!

I too will be starting FS tomorrow. Myself along with about 10 people in my close knit group have decided to give this a try. Some of the 10 have done this a few times. And have had success, I am very hopeful that this too will work for me. I have been peeking at this site for over a week and have gotten some good advise and recipes. Last night I made the Veggie chili and banana cookies. Both of them were so delicious I could not believe that they were "Diet Food".
I am ready take my life back.

Happy Halloween & Thank you all. I look forward to SMASHING
Currently I am 160 and my goal is 125. I am 5' 1" almost 5' 2"

Welcome Elizabeth & Chaidog! You will love it, especially on detox when the lbs start falling off. Today is my last day of detox so I am hoping my morning weigh in tomorrow will show me good things! I have already lost, but the question is, exactly how much! I will let you know and let us know if we can you out! Lem

Thanks so much Suzanne ! Things this far are going well! I just made my own version on the chili i saw here on the board and it was SO good! I was worried about the meatless beef, but it was good!

Welcome, Elizabeth. I was also on WW but ended up being hungry all the time when I had to start lowering my points. On Core, I really couldn't always tell when I was full & although I lost weight the 1st week I kept gaining & losing those same lbs. until I gave up.

I love the phases of FS & the ability to add foods instead of taking away points. I am never hungry on this plan & sometimes have to remind myself to eat! I also like that you can always go back to detox or any lower phase if you get off track. It offers everything I've been looking for in a diet plan for life.

Chaidog, it's great to have a group doing it together. Talking about support!

I too have tried WW and SB. I find this a bit easier. Still hard as I am a serial binger, but it's helped me with portion size and eating better on a whole!

Good luck!

Well its day 4. Things are going well I did cheat once... on the second day. It was our last game of the season (I coach cheerleading) and I had to sit outside for 4 1/2 hours and it was below freezing!!! So I had hot chocolate Its not as bad as it could be! Every game, before FS, I used to have hot chocolate and a peice of pizza...oh how I love pizza.... so it could be worse
