Default Struggling with Phase 1

Hi, everyone

I am on the second day of Phase 1 and my body is craving fatty foods. I know they say you have to have Willpower to get through Phase 1, but I lack the will power. Every diet I have tried, I have failed because I lacked the Willpower to continue the diet. Does anyone have any suggestions?

I dont think its about willpower. Its about making up your mind to want to get healthy and lose the weight. Follow the diet and eat when it says and you will not be hungry. I am done with phase 1 today and I made it and I love carbs. I didnt cheat because I wanted to do this for ME. We are here to support you. You CAN DO IT!!!

During the first few days of detox your body will go through all sort of things. I wanted pizza soooo bad. I had headaches. But, I didn't give in. It is all part of the detox. I think you should give it more than 2 days before you decide to quit. You owe yourself that much. Your body will thank you for it. Make up your mind to stick to it. It is only 9 days. Ask yourself..."how bad do you want to get healthy and lose weight?" YOU CAN DO IT!!

Keep it up. Want sweet? eat an apple. Want salty? Make some sweet potato fries. Those first 9 days are really, really important!!! Keep it up!

Hang in there! Today is day 2 for me and day 2 of tom at that. I love this. I did make up my mind. I had my last straw, so I think this is why it's going so well. Plus I made it thru a baby shower last night w/cake and all, and I was so good. It really boosted my ego. Anyways, make sure you eat enough. I don't have headaches, because I don't drink caffeine since I have high blood pressure and a heart problem. My health is what makes me keep going, I think. How bad do you want this? You are the boss, not food!!
