Default Darn Halloween Candy...

I ate 10 cheetos and a fun size 3 muskateers. Darn it. I wanted it though and I havent cheated in almost 15 days. Darn it. Now I feel guilty.

I've donw that.. It sucks cause then you are really mad at yourself.. Just don't give up!! KEEP GOING!!!

I really ove candy. It's going to be really hard on Tuesday, but that's day 9, and I promised myself that I would not eat any candy.

Crystal~ Don't feel quilty! OKAY... you ate off plan. I don't think that 10 cheetos and 3 fun size muskateers are gonna make you gain. The most important thing is to eat on plan the next time you eat. Don't let quilt ruin all of the progress you have made so far. You are in control.. NOT the candy!!!

Thanks ladies. I was very hard on myself last night. Today I am right back on track. I have a birthday party to go to but I am gonna stop and get me a yogurt on the way and I have toasted oats in my bag for the crunch. I found out that its just not worth it, I wasnt missing those things, I ate it because its whats familiar to me. I learned my lesson. Thanks for being here ladies.

Crystal - I hear you - I have an extra PT job in a museum gift shop (just on Sundays) and while I've been really good up to this point, the lady that works the rest of the time left Halloween candy on the desk! The shop doesn't get a lot of traffic, and even though I brought healthy food with me, I still ate 6 Hershey's kisses and two mini peppermint patties. I swear, I think it was out of sheer boredom! Next week I'm going to do jumping jacks or something to keep my mind off that bowl!

I'm not going to beat myself up over it, though - plus I found that those candies? Weren't that great. So I figure it's a trial run for Tuesday, right?

Aaaaggghh! Get this candy out of my house! I had a bad day today! First bad day, I feel guilty, but tomorrow's a new day! I have had a few mini candy bars and they tasted yummy, but the treat day is now over! Tomorrow back to phase 1, never really left phase 1 totally.
