whats the detox?

  • All Fruits and Veggies
    Low Fat Plain Yogurt
    Low Fat Milk
    Oats
    Brown Rice
    Beans

    Unlimited fruit/vegs and beans except for white potatoe and avocado those are not allowed in detox

    No coffee, decaf or regular

    No soda (diet or regular)

    I think this covers the basics.

    I just started Phase II, but its really not as bad as it looks...you are suppose to eat every 3 or so hours.....but controlled portions.

    I lost 7 pounds on Phase I ! And I havent lost weight in quite some time!
  • I recommend getting the book. the hardest 9 days for me ever were giving up caffein and alcohol in detox.
