hello everyone, im so excited that i found this site it couldnt have come at a better time. i have been following phase 1 for 6 days and i weighed myself today and only lost 1 pound. its discouraging because i have followed with out any cheats at all. i have been having some serious issues with my belly bad (i mean burn your nostrils) gas and cannot go to the bathroom its been 5 days im sorry to be so nasty but i look like im 5 months prego and annoyed isnt veggies supposed to clean you out??? either way im sure this is 1 of the main reasons why im not losing weight - has any one eles had this problem? i hope this isnt tmi

also i wonder if im eating enough today i had
b - 1 cup oatmeal cooked with skim milk and 1 banana
s- artichoke hearts with lemon
l- 1 cup brown rice with plate of steamed green beans & beets
s- watermelon with 1/2 cup of f.free vanilla yogurt
d- 1 cup brown rice with tofu & tomato sauce w/ peas
s- 1 cup of hot peppermint tea with a pomegrante
are you supposed to eat every thing on the list in 1 day?
anyways some advice would be great!!!!
