So excited

  • Oh my gosh I have to tell you all! I am so excited about this diet modifacation! I'm only finishing day 3 of Phase I, but so far it's great. I'm really missing my sweets, but I read a lone time ago that a dill pickle can curb a sweet tooth and that is helping. I have had terrible headaches from the caffine withdrawl, wow I did realize how much I really would miss those two cups of coffee and bottle of Diet Cherry Vanilla Dr. Pepper.

    I haven't felt the need to cheat, even cooking for my family. I'm glad for that. But I'm crazy about weighing myself. I weigh every morning, always have. But I have not weighed myself since day one! But I will try and hold off.
  • wanna be skinny~ I am glad that you are doing good. I am going to have to use that pickle info. I get sweet cravings a lot. I had the headaches too, but they went away after 3 days.

  • I too had headaches and it took me until day 5 to get rid of them. I cut phase 1 short and had a few diet pepsi's and this week (the second time at phase 1) they only lasted 2 days

    I may not go back to all the junkfood, but I will certainly have some coffee this weekend!

  • The green tea helped me with the headaches. I love green tea now.

  • Another day down! My hubby just called to say he was bringing home pizza and I don't even care! Course I haven't smelt it yet. But I will get myself something just as yummy. Still struggle with what to make, only because I limit thoughts to the list of allowed foods, not what I can mix them up into. I'll get there!
