Oh my gosh I have to tell you all! I am so excited about this diet modifacation! I'm only finishing day 3 of Phase I, but so far it's great. I'm really missing my sweets, but I read a lone time ago that a dill pickle can curb a sweet tooth and that is helping. I have had terrible headaches from the caffine withdrawl, wow I did realize how much I really would miss those two cups of coffee and bottle of Diet Cherry Vanilla Dr. Pepper.
I haven't felt the need to cheat, even cooking for my family. I'm glad for that. But I'm crazy about weighing myself. I weigh every morning, always have. But I have not weighed myself since day one! But I will try and hold off.
