Thumbs up Detox Results

HI EVERYONE!!

WHEN I BEGAN MY JOURNEY 9 DAYS AGO I WAS 159. TODAY I WEIGHED AT 155.5. SO A 3.5 LOSS FOR ME BUT WHAT REALLY EXCITED ME WAS I HAD BODY FAT TAKEN TO WHEN I STARTED AND I LOST 2% BODY FAT! THAT IN ITSELF IS AMAZING. I WASN'T EXPECTING A HUGE WEIGHTLOSS BECAUSE I AM ON THE LAST TWENTY TO HIT MY GOAL SO I DON'T HAVE A HUGE AMOUNT TO LOSE ALSO BEFORE I STARTED THE DETOX I WAS A HEALTHY EATER. I REALLY JUST CUT OUT THE MEAT.NOT MUCH TO DETOX.

I BACK THE FAT SMASH DIET 110%. IT IS A GREAT WAY TO LAY THE FOUNDATION OF HEALTHY EATING. GOOD LUCK EVERYONE!

My results were pretty good. After day nine I was down 3 lbs. I started out at 151. I was a pretty healthy eater, too. But, I had not lost any weight since July. My major downfall is red wine. So I cut that out as well as the meat. Now I'm thinking about another 9 days of detox in a couple of weeks. I wonder if it will work again.

I have a few days left I have weighed myself I can't help it I am down about three. I am the same way I hzve good healthy habbits already. Just not eating out and no bread and meats and booze. So I don't need a lot of detox. I have lost a few more inches in a last few weeks so this might be helping that.

I also am going to add this detox to my plan every three weeks or so. I hear one week out of a month is a good habbit to clean the body out every so often.

Bozo, my main downfall is red wine also. I cut it out for September and lost 4 pounds. Now looking to lose the final 4 and have been thinking some sort of detox might get things going for me again. Let's keep our fingers crossed!

I am really nervous, I finish Phase 1 on Thursday evening, after my last meal I am going to stick it out to the end, but I weigh in on Wednesday as I am still a memeber of weight watchers. I ony cheated on drinking carb lover hot coco mix with my milk and eatting soup that had noodles but I took those out. I am nervous for my weigh in. This week has been so hard, but I stuck with it so I am going to be bummed if I didn't lose a lot. Also, I have been sick so I havne't done much as far as working out. Any suggestions?
I woudl be so annoyed if I didn't lose.

Today is my ninth day. I started at 205 and I lost 6 even though I was on my monthly, retaining water and all and I still feel great. I am sticking with this diet.

Well - here I am....new to 3FC and to Fat Smashers. I have done the 3HD for the last 6 months....lost 11 lbs and then slowly gained back to my original weight. So today I came here, read about this plan and bought the book on the way home from work. I'll try to start tomorrow. I'm a bit scared of giving up caffeine and wine!!!!! One thing that appealed to me was the part about starting fresh with phase 1 whenever you need to. With the holidays coming up (not to mention my sister coming to town next weekend for a "girl's weekend out".......I'm DOOMED! without a plan that's flexible!.

Looking forward to posting with you@
