Starting Tomorrow!
well, i am starting this diet tomorrow. loved the show and i am super excited to start. ok, i guess i should introduce myself! my name is gabriel and i have been counting cals since june with no real results. i go to the gym 5 days a week and i luv to workout! i am 27 and a widowed mom of 2 great kids who are 6 and 3. i don't have that much weight to lose, but to me it feels like tons! i also belong to the counting calories and the depression/weight loss forums here.
ok, i am ready to start smashing!
