In fat smashers he recomends taking before pics. Wish I hadnt done that My son took them and the side veiw was voomed in you would have swore my front was my back. My belly sticks out farther than my butt. I would never allow pics to be taken of me now I remember why. I think it's weird how you can be in such denial, I don't feel that big but the proof is in the picture. God I'm depressed now. Kelly

Think of it this way....at least you've now owned up to it and have the capacity to change it. What amount would you be looking at had you continued to avoid it??? All is well. Move forward.
don't be sad....just think about how good the after ones are going to look. That's what gets me going. I took my before pics last nite....not a pretty picture. but I am determined to make the before ones look amazing.

It must have been picture night, last night..........I realized that I didn't have any full-body shots of me (surprise, surprise ) so I had my DSS take some pics with the digi cam........I'm getting them down-loaded now. They are REALLY bad!
