Default fitness water

Does anyone know if fitness water by Gatorade is ok for the fat smash diet in phase II? It's 25 calories / bottle and has lots of vitamins and even calcium. It fills me up and curbs my appitite.

If you go by the book, you'd probably want to avoid it in P2. The calories in the propel come from sugar. You can have up to 4 teaspoons of sugar in P3, though. One teaspoon of sugar contains 15 calories, so you could base your propel limit on that.
