Went to Chili's tonite for Hubbys B-day w/ him & the kids. I ordered the black bean burger (w/o the bun),which comes with steamed veggies, and got house salad with fresh lemon for dressing. It was REALLY GOOD! I was hesitant about the black bean burger, because I never had anything like this-but I really enjoyed it, & didn't stray too far off phase 1 at all. (Well I did have a margarita),but after 7 days of being soooo good, I didn't think it would hurt too bad. I'll just work out extra hard tomorrow. Just wanted to let anyone else on Phase 1 Fat Smash know-the meal I had basically does fall w/in the guidelines for Phase 1 as long as you don't eat the bun.

I love the flexibility of the plan. It may sound a little restrictive, until you start imagining what all you can do with it. Those were very good menu choices!
