I think this program sounds amazing - such great food etc and I think I could live on just Phase 1 and even keeping it vegetarian! My concern is regarding portion control. I know they say when you are eating good, healthy food that the portion control comes naturally, but do you all feel that way? I am a former WW person and I am always thinking about the weighing and measuring part of things. I did think that I could combine the 2 programs if needed...just curious to any thoughts!
