Confused about phases
 

This may be a really weird question...

...but this is listed in the book as a 90 day program but it breaks down like this:

P1: 9 days
P2: 3 weeks
P3: 4 weeks
P4: For Life

How does one get 90 days from this? I'm trying to write all of this down on a calendar since I'm starting tomorrow and it isn't adding up. Any ideas?
