Hello to everyone out there. I've been reading the posts and I've decided to give the Extreme Fat Smash a try. I'm normally a calorie counter but after reading the posts here I'm curious and also after reading the encouraging posts from others I'm very motivated. I've ordered my copy of the book and also I've order a 70 minute aerobic tape( 2 exercises one 20 mins the other 50 mins) since I know on this version of the diet you must do cardio. I've been walking 3 miles 5 days a week and will start swimming the first wk of march and I'm actuallly planning to start the diet the first week in March and I plan to follow it to the t - no cheating and doing exactly as it says. From the post here the diet does work so it does what it says.. and you guys are the proof..
If anyone would like to be a diet buddy during these 3 weeks please let me know. also any encouraging words are welcome
