Congrats on starting! It's a big step for sure.
Try to utilize the recipe forum and mix it up, because if you eat the same things all the time you'll get sick of it. For example, I generally ate the same things for breakfast and lunch in Phase 1, stuff I knew I loved, then experimented with dinner and tried new things. It's a good way to push yourself and learn how to cook toward the new food if you don't already know how to.
