I restarted phase I today. So far, all is well. I'm hoping I don't all of a sudden crave the cookies that are in the pantry.

Started fat smash. On day 6.

I have gotten a slight cold and have only worked out two days this week. That is a bummer. But, I am continuing on my journey.

I have a phone fat smash buddy, but would love a few others.

I am in the detox and my third day I am making the chili as I type. I have done pretty good so far. I am hopeful for good things to come from this eating change. Happy so far.

Im am currently on Day 8 of Detox and feeling great, Im going to extend the Detox to Wednesday for 10 full days, then grilled chicken here i come!!

We are on the same pace PurdueGirl98, but I am sooo ready for a piece of salmon! Tomorrow is day nine for me! Never thought I would miss meat more than sweets!

I'm glad everyone is doing great!

I was thinking about doing phase I on the weekdays, and then loosening up a little bit on the weekends. I had 2 slices of pizza earlier this week, and I still managed to lose a pound in 3 days.
