Default How many brown rice cakes???

Hi
I absolutely hate any type of rice, but recently I discovered that I LOOOOVE brown rice cakes!!! They have no extra ingredients so they must be ok

Does anyone know (or have a guess at) how many I would be allowed a day?
Ive been having about 3 or 4 a day, but I'd love to be allowed more!!! Yummy!!!

I knew I had seen this before, so I went through Dr. Ian's FAQ-Phase 1, which is one of the sticky threads at the top of the threads page. This is what was said about rice cakes:

Can we have the quaker rice cakes? if so, what flavors?
YES, YOU CAN HAVE THE QUAKER RICE CAKES THAT ARE MADE FROM BROWN RICE. THEY RUN ABOUT 60 CALORIES PER CAKE, SO YOU'RE ALLOWED ONE CAKE AS A SNACK. YOU CAN HAVE WHATEVER FLAVOR YOU LIKE, JUST REMEMBER ONE PER SNACK!

Hope that helps!!!

Just wanted to add that I don't think that just having one makes ANY sense-we're allowed 2 cups of brown rice a day, which is a LOT more than one silly rice cake. So I'm not sure if having the 3 a day would really even hurt you-it's still less calories than having 2 cups of brown rice!!! I don't know....just wanted to put in my 2 cents!!

Hmmm...in my opinion, it would be because of the possibility of overeating them, because they are snacky tasting. Know what I mean? They would be more likely to be overeaten than having brown rice with your dinner laid out on your plate.
