I started Extreme Fat Smash on Wednesday and I would really like to have a buddy that has gone through the program and seen some results. I want to drop about 39 lbs. and right now EFS seems so tough. If there is anyone out there that wouldn't mind being a buddy, being supportive, and holding me accountable, I would really appreciate it.
