I heard about the EFS diet and Googled to see what the fuss was about (that's how I came upon this site!). After reading tons of personal experiences, I decided on an impulse to buy the book from Amazon. So, I'm (im)patiently waiting for it to come in the mail!

So can ya'll tell me what it's like?? How do ya'll feel on it?
