Well Smooches honey...i absolutely hate boiled cabbage and could'nt bring my mouth to eat it if i tried!!! SInce we can have a lil evoo, i slightly coat the pan with it-use very little. Then since we can use seasonings as well, i chop the cabbage, and use a lil salt, pepper, seasoning salt and goya season-preferably goya con azafran...im part hispanic so goya is a must in my house...hahahahaha!!!! But you doint have to use all these products....i just figure that if we can have it, why not!!!! Just dump it in the pan and it whill simmer down an fry by itself. Its still crunchy and more flavorful than boiled!!! I love cabbage but after a few days, i gotta let it go but i'll eventually go back to it!! Which phase ar you on? Im on 2 but ive been dipping into my favorite snack-wheat crackers!!! Good luck!!!
