I just started, feel good. It must be water weight or something because I have not even worked out the recommended amount of time but I have lost 5 pounds in 3 days so far. I will start the cardio today as recommended too.
I just started too! It will be day 2 in about an hour. How do you know if its water weight or real weight? I hate seeing the scale go up and down all the time. I want to know for sure that it is actual weight being lost.
Hello, yesterday made 1 week since I started the extreme fat smash diet. I can honestly say I did not exercise as recommended but have started exercising today. I am very pleased to inform you that as of today I have lost 9 pounds. I started at 245 1 week ago and today I am 236 and feel great. I have never done this posting type thing, but once I joined and read the reviews. It helps tremendously to see others doing the same and it actually is very very motivating.
Hello, Today is Sunday day 7 of phase 2. As of 2 days ago on Friday my weight was 236. I have lost 9 pnds so far. I will weigh in again tomorrow which is officially the end of my 2nd week. I started at 245 pounds.
At first I had to get accustomed to the frequent meals. Every so many hours. It is actually cool because I do not feel hungry. I love this program.
I am new to this site so sometimes its hard looking for my post to see any responses, feedbacks, and so on. I am still learning this site.
One thing I can definitely say is this site is beautiful and all of the members are great. Very motivational.
Hello everyone just an update.Hello . I have been on the Extreme Fat Smash for about 1 month and 1 wk and lost 18 pounds. I am on cycle 3 second rotation. next wk i will start all over again. What do you ladies think. Any suggestions. And keep up the good work. God Bless. My meals are normally at 9am, 12pm, 3pm, then 6pm. I rarely snack but if hungry or feeling lightheaded then will. you should be ok and make sure to drink plenty of water and that you are taking a multi vitamin. That helped me.
