Oh no! Can you post your daily menu and fitness plan for review? Maybe some of the successful smashers can compare theirs to yours and hopefully help tip yours in the right direction

ya oh no is right! Thanks a lot for your interest Suzanne!
Well my usual meal plan would consist of:

Breakfast:
-a banana (if I'm on the go)
-oatmeal pancake (2 eggwhites, 1 cup aotmeal, seasoning, tbs yogurt, 2 tbs olive oil), accompanied by some legumes

Snack
-apple or banana

Lunch
-kidney beans with brown rice (tomato sauce, spices, 2 tsp olive oil), salad

Dinner
-soup

My fitness plan is not really a set plan but I do walk at least half an hour every day.
Any suggestions???

Have you ever had your Thyroid checked? That can stop weight loss.

It could be a lot of things Did you use canned beans and soups? Those are loaded with sodium and could cause you to regain water, even if you are burning fat.

Actualy I do do use canned beans and chickpeas quite often. Not soups though. So you think that I might be regaining too much water?? Will it go away in time or should I adjust the sodium intake in my diet??? How would i know if I am burning fat??

Hi. We have similar stats and I think you may want to try extreme fat smash. My body is very resistant to losing weight and I did not have much luck with regular FS since portion control is an issue with me. EFS tells you exactly what to eat and has modifications for those who have trouble losing weight. I did it in the summer and lost 4 lbs my first week. I am starting it again today !

Btw, EFS is designed for those who have to lose 10-25 lbs. and want to do it quickly.

Ohhhh! Good luck!! what exactly is extreme fat smash? can u maybe post a link of the guidelines?? In total I have now lost 6 pounds, so Im starting to lose the weight, but it is happening gradually. EFS sounds good though, cuz I'm not overwieght or nething but i do have some extra pudge that i would like to get rid of. i am aiming for 10-15 more pounds. It sucks that our bodies are more resistent to weight loss! But you sound like you are having success) I would love to hear ur progress and see how you are coming along!

I'm just starting the fast smash diet, and I forsee myself having similar problems.. I am thinking of looking into the extreme fat smash since i can see myself overeating on the regular diet.. even if it is fruits and vegies... i could sit and eat fruit all day non stop!! and Im also lookin to lose only 20-25 lbs... I am 140 now and want to be 120-115... Last year I was at 120 after having a personal trainer and spending the whole summer working with him 2 hours a week and also spinning with him 2x a week for 45 min each... I was sooo happy, all my clothes fit perfectly and now after going through my senior year of college without being able to spin and train all the time, i am back to trying to stretch my jeans up over my butt...great... but I would love to hear about what worked and didnt work for you. I have been starting to diet on and off the last month... i wasnt getting results so i gave up... but i think this is the right diet for me... i just need to make myslef get up and work out more often...

Wow! we have such similar goals! You must be so motivated becuase you actually reached your goal once. Im not gonna lie, I have been slacking off for a while. I still maintained my 5 pound loss but I haven't put the rest of the effort in yet. I am however, getting back into it now and I am signing up to an all womens gym this month sooo I should be ready with some updates shortly ( I hope )! How is it going for you so far? i don't even remember the last time I weighed 120 ! i think I was in elementaryschool. OH God thats embarassing Good Luck!!
