I started the EFS today!! Hoping to be 8-10 lbs lighter by the end of it (sept 16th I believe!?) and then I'll be doing it again if all goes well. Anyone starting today? Anyone in cycle 2 or 3 with a motivating success story?
I told you i'd start up with you, so I'm in. You'll be suprised how much you will lose in the first cycle/rotation. Stay with it, and you can easily put off 10 or more in 2 weeks. I did 12 in 2 weeks last time I was on it.
I lost 5 lb in the 1st week of Phase I in the regular Fat Smash, and I only exercised once. The first few days are hard, but you can definitely meet your goal with EFS.
