Default anyone had success with EFS w/less cardio?

I am on cycle 2 day 1 and am really dreading all the cardio I have to do this week. I have been a regular exerciser for years and have always enjoyed doing it until I started this program that requires so much of it. I am not thinking about stopping it all together but I was considering doing less than he has suggested (ex. 1 hour instead of 1.5).

Have any of you had success on the program without doing all the recommended exercise? I am looking for answers from people who have 15-30 pounds to get to a healthy BMI.

Thanks in advance!

I had great results with EFS, eventhough I didn't do as much cardio as recommended. I worked out for an average of about 45 minutes 5-6 days per week. And I added in some weight training with the cardio.

I've had great succes as well with less cardio, I only do 45 minutes but I try to go at least 5 or 6 days out the week but no less than 4 and I still am losing, I think you can modify it a bit to see what best suits you and you still should be fine
