Anyone started on 7/30 and interested in posting daily?

I am a 33 year old mother of 2 (1 and 3 years old) and 5 foot 3 inches tall. Looking to get down to 125 eventually and currently at 149.

The most important thing you have to do is take an hour per day for yourself for your exercising. Cardio is very important. 24 lbs is not that much weight to lose. You may be able to do it in 2 months if you stay committed.

I know since it is only day 3 that I shouldnt be weighing myself but..I lost 3 pounds already! I have been on every diet known to man and exercising regularly for the last several months and could never get the scale to move this much in a few days. I have the motivation to see this through until I hit the 120s!

I weigh in everyday. I know it isn't recommended, but I need the motivation. Also, I can go up as much as 2 pounds if I've eaten something salty, so by weighing every day if the scale jumps up a pound on the 1 week mark, but has been lower the whole rest of the week, I know that it's a false reading and don't get discouraged. Do what works for you! For me, knowing where I am each day is motivational, not discouraging.

I actually started today, so I'm a day behind you but would love to report daily.

I am wanting to lose 15 or so pounds. Hopefully in 4 weeks. I'm a 31 year old mom to one (8 years old) and wanting to get to 125-130. I think I'm starting at 141. At least thats where I've been (till today at 145, which I think is TOM). So we shall see. I too, weigh everyday. To tempting not to. Plus I like to see that scale go down. Very rewarding and encouraging.

Today went well. I ran 45 minutes in the morning and took a one hour kickboxing class at night. I kept to the diet except for having an extra cracker as part of my snack.

I am really hoping to get through this weekend without straying from the plan. It seems like the hardest time of the week for me to eat healthy! This weekend will be different.

How is everyone doing today? Today is my rest day for cardio but I ran 30 minutes and will do my aerobics class at night as well. The diet has been hard today but I will get through this. I keep thinking about how wonderful it would be to look like one of those women that everyone stares at because she is in such great shape!

How is everyone doing today. Today I have 2 sessions of cardio to do again. I am trying to stay focused on the goal b/c I am pretty tired today.

Hello,

looks like I'm down 5 pounds this week. I started on Tuesday at 145 (which I thought was water weight) and today which is day 5 for me I'm at 140. TOM is about to hit so I am hoping that it really goes down next week.

Today is a double cardio day for me too. At least its Saturday. I've already got one in so later I will do number 2. Those are fun days cause I can really do different stuff. This morning I did a Turbo Jam DVD and this afternoon I'm gonna do a FIRM DVD plus my Bean tummy workout.

Loving this diet so far. Cant seem to stay at only 2 diet sodas a day though. I've been at 3, one day even had 4. My water intake is pretty high though so that helps balance out I hope.

Well off to eat my small salad and drink my V8 and get back to the house cleaning.

You all are doing such a great job!!!
Im going to start EFS on Monday, so reading your posts is so encouraging!
Right now Im about 135 and I want to be about 115-110.
I cant wait to start!!!

How was the weekend for everyone? I slipped and drank an entire bottle of wine last night! I also had a salami sandwich and a small bag of chips. Compared to the way I usually eat on the weekends, this was a huge improvement. I am trying not to dwell on this and just move on to the next day of the plan.

Well today is the last day of cycle one for me. Onto cycle two tomorrow. Still holding at 140. Dang TOM get out of here and let me see some more weight loss.

Still cant get ahold of these dt sodas. Do you think having 3 or 4 a day rather than 2 is hurting me?

Glad to here that your not letting one slip up ruin the whole diet. Way to get back on today.
