Hello,
looks like I'm down 5 pounds this week. I started on Tuesday at 145 (which I thought was water weight) and today which is day 5 for me I'm at 140. TOM is about to hit so I am hoping that it really goes down next week.
Today is a double cardio day for me too. At least its Saturday. I've already got one in so later I will do number 2. Those are fun days cause I can really do different stuff. This morning I did a Turbo Jam DVD and this afternoon I'm gonna do a FIRM DVD plus my Bean tummy workout.
Loving this diet so far. Cant seem to stay at only 2 diet sodas a day though. I've been at 3, one day even had 4. My water intake is pretty high though so that helps balance out I hope.
Well off to eat my small salad and drink my V8 and get back to the house cleaning.
