Default Phase I weigh in....
I lost 10.5lbs!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

When I weighed myself last night (because I couldn't wait for the morning) it looked as if I lost 9 lbs. I was happy with that. But I decided to stick to what the book said and weigh myself at the same time I did when I recorded my beginning weight. So this morning I weighed myself and there was a 1.5 lbs difference. Yay for me. I'm sooo happy I would have been happy with 5lbs but 10.5 exceeded my expectations.

Congrats!! I only lost 4! But who knows...mayb next week when i weigh in, it could be different...i am close to that TOM and it cause me to gain 4 to 5. Congrats though...10lbs is amazing!!

I also just completed phase one and weighed myself as instructed. I lost 11 pounds and wanted to do phase one again because of this success. So I guess you can say that I am at phase one and a half.
