When I weighed myself last night (because I couldn't wait for the morning) it looked as if I lost 9 lbs. I was happy with that. But I decided to stick to what the book said and weigh myself at the same time I did when I recorded my beginning weight. So this morning I weighed myself and there was a 1.5 lbs difference. Yay for me. I'm sooo happy I would have been happy with 5lbs but 10.5 exceeded my expectations.
