Phase 2 worries
I lost 4 lbs on Phase 1 and that was with no cheats and exercise 8 out of the 9 days...so I thought I would lose more... but 4 is better than nothing. Anyways, I do not want to be disappointed in Phase 2 (if I do not lose at least a pound after one week I refuse to stay on it) so please share any Phase 2 success stories. People who have stayed on it for the full 3 weeks..thank you!!
