There isn't really a set recipe for it. I usually put partially frozen strawberries in my blender with skim milk and yogurt. Add some splenda if it's too tart. Measure your milk and yogurt to make sure it fits in with your daily allowance. Maybe a cup of berries, a cup of skim milk, and a half cup of yogurt to start, then tweak as needed
I prefer partially frozen berries, but if you prefer a more liquid smoothie, then use fresh or thawed berries
