I am starting FS on August 1st and am figuring out meal plans and calendars right now. I am committed to making this work, so I'm putting a lot of prep into it before I start!
One thing that I like to add to my bottled water is a packet of True Lemon powder. It doesn't contain any sugar and is essentially dried and powdered lemon. Has anybody tried this? Is it really OK for me to have? It's not easy for me to drink that much plain water throughtout the day, so I have to find ways to trick myself into doing it. Thanks!
