Default Coffee: cream & sugar allowed on EFS?

I saw that I can have 1 cup of 8oz coffee per day, but can I put cream & sugar (or splenda or something) in it? I didn't see anything about that in the book.

Thanks!

Hi there. You can have one cup low fat/skim milk everyday so I'm sure I don't see why you couldn't put a bit of that in the coffee. Alot of the ladies use splenda to sweeten their cereal and smoothies so I would go ahead and use it as long as I wasn't pouring it in.

Good luck!

I had forgotten about the milk! And the splenda makes sense too.

Thanks!

What about non-dairy creamer, like coffeemate fat-free or sugar-free powder?
