I haven't cheated nothing...followed the plan exact except that I'm having a problem eating more then 1050 in calories, but I'm not starving myself or anything I'm eating until I'm full and eating often too. Eating everything on the phase 1 list rice included. I don't get it... I'm soooooooooo bum'd I dont' know what to do?Should I just hang tight and see if it all comes off on Friday or Saturday?
