Default Day seven, no loss.

Today was my seventh day on FS and although I have been trying not to weigh myself partly because my scale's a little wack and I didn't want to get discouraged- I went ahead and did today because I figured since I only have 2 days left..there has to be some sort of loss! Nothing...I don't know what I'm doing wrong. I haven't worked out like I should. Only about three times in the seven days but regardless I would think cutting out all of the junk there would be some sort of good results. I may have had a little too much sodium- I was living off veggie soup for about 4 days that I used 2 cans of chicken broth in. Shouldn't I see results by now?

Yeah, I would think there'd be something on the scale to show for your hard work, but don't give up!! It's possible that your loss is showing in other ways - Did you measure before you started? Do your clothes feel different? But I do agree that the sodium might have something to do with it. Try looking for low or no-salt broth. Good luck!

First of all- if you're investing the effort in this thing- get new scales!!! And try some variety in your diet. Your body may be going through some confusion right now since you've gone from junk food to veggie soup for four days. Mix it up and do some power walking- and drink water water water! Flush it out! Don't give up! You're worth it.

Did you eat any real food or just veggies? If you only had veggies, you might not have had enough calories and your body might think that you're starving and is holding on to the weight. I'm doing EFS, so I'm not familiar with what your eating guidelines are. However, I lost MORE when I ate more on EFS and only 1/2 pound the weeks I was really strict and didn't have snacks and ate the minimum of brown rice.

Good luck!

Well, I ended up losing 5 pounds, it just seemed to all come off right at the end of phase 1!
