Question Boca or Morning Star Meats for Breakfast?

Can we eat the Boca or MS Soy meat for breakfast? Such as the sausage links? patties? I made the Phase 1 chili recipe someone posted using the meat crumbles- it was great! My first time of trying BOCA! This is only Day 2 for me on Phase 1 and I'm struggling for variety.

I have been looking for the BOCA meat at the Wal-Mart Supercenter and I can't seem to find it. Where did you buy it at?

I got Boca at Publix but I also found it in our Wal-Mart. It is in the freezer section. I've eaten the Boca veg burgers - Flame Grilled flavor - they are great. I've not yet tried the breakfast meats. Let me know if you do.

Is it in a box or a bag and what does it say on it?

Boca items are in a red box. It isn't a huge box - I think you get 4 burgers per box so it isn't huge. My Publix has them near the Organic stuff. I had to really look at Wal-Mart to see them - they were on the lower selves in the freezer units. I think they are worth the effort to find.

The Boca Ground Meat Crumbles are great for using in chili or marinara sauce. Youi can make a marinara sauce and cook the acorn squash and using a fork, it makes "spaghetti" noodles. That gives you a veggie version of spaghetti- it's really good!
